Project Description

While at Valerio Dewalt Train, an architecture firm, I provided website maintenance on their existing Squarespace CMS and a Google Sites intranet. Maintenance of these platforms involved a number of page redesigns, bug fixes, and content updates. On the main website specifically, I designed and developed a new main menu, homepage, filterable staff directory, filterable portfolio, and added specialty pages. I regularly monitored website analytics and made data-driven decisions to optimize performance and user experience.

As a member of their marketing team and the Digital Asset Manager, I was able to art direct + coordinate all of the architectural photo shoots, organized all digital photographic assets for the firm, assisted with marketing + business development efforts including RFPs and award submissions, and collaborated with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for social media. I worked closely with the team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms, and always strived to enhance the user experience for visitors to the website.

Overall, my time at Valerio Dewalt Train allowed me to experience the intersection of architecture and digital marketing, and I gained valuable skills and insights that have continued to benefit me in my career. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a talented and innovative team.
